Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents.
Configure and maintain the test environments
Customize/maintain the automation frameworks, automate individual test cases
Execute test cases and record test results
Develop and support testing infrastructure, tools, and processes
Integrate the test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses
Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through the software release development
Provide estimates and feedback to the testing manager and project manager for scheduling purposes
Investigate new technologies and requirements
Write documentation as needed
At least 2 years experience in both black box and white box testing
At least 2 years experience in designing and executing automated test cases and creating test reports
Comprehensive understanding of structured software testing methods and techniques
Good experience and knowledge of creating test documentation (test plan, test cases)
Very good understanding and knowledge of software development process, software development lifecycle
Test automation experience
Excellent understanding of and experience with client-server paradigm
Hands-on experience with at least one scripting or programming language, preferably OOP
Experience with functional test automation tools
Good knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux
Basic knowledge of any of the following: Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, Web (php, Perl), shell scripting
Very good command of the English language
