Our client is an International Group, developing, manufacturing and delivering its products in more than 50 countries, through its 11 subsidiaries and an extended network of distributors, agents and authorized dealers.
With over 200 employees, the company operates in the Global market being familiar with national conditions and regulations, taking care of the specificity of each market and following its different and singular demands.
Our client sets the trend of the industry by supplying innovating products and offering reliable solutions for the dosing, injection and transfer of liquids, together with an efficient control of the related chemical parameters.

It operates with four business units. Each one designs and manufactures selected product lines for dedicated markets.
The four business units are:
- Cleaning & Hygiene Division, (chemical dosing systems for warewash and laundry, together with a wide range of proportioners)
- Water Treatment Division, (dosing systems for the water treatment includes solenoid metering pumps, motor driven mechanical pumps, measure and control instruments and a wide range of accessories)
- Industrial Applications Division, (to handle all problems of dosing chemicals and transfer of liquids in industrial applications)
- Process & Systems Division.


For Romanian representative we are looking for a Sales Manager who principals’ responsibilities are:
- Pre-acquisition, acquisition, offering advice and support of clients;
- Initiate and build relationships with potential clients
- Identifying strategies and solutions for the client (collaboration with Headquarters of the Group, Project-team, After Sales Support and Commercial);
- Preparation of offers, insuring technical and contractual conformity;
- Bidding
- Systematic follow-up of offers, permanent contact with the client;
- Leading the negotiations with the client up to the moment of contract closing;
- Managing incoming orders
- Continuous communication and reporting to the HQ

- Collect information about local market and business opportunities; make suggestions for the preparation of business strategy based on gained experiences.
- Preparation of the market and planning figures;
- Create the marketing strategy, encompassing the marketing mix, the sales channel and the customer segment
- WIN-LOSS Analysis;
- Preparation of relevant reporting figures (per client, per specific period of time, per division etc);


• Ability to identify, recruit, train and retain excellent staff, command the respect and loyalty of staff and colleagues,
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of department staff and oversee their daily activities
• Preparing an operating plan for sales team,
• Managing, motivating, training and coaching sales representatives,
• Controlling and monitoring realization of tasks,
• Building a reporting system,
• Responsible for planning and achieving sales & marketing budget (income and expenses)
• Responsible for identifying and exploiting market trends and opportunities
• Assuring the national market research on specific field of activity


CERINTE

• University degree, technical background (engineer)
• Experience in a similar position. Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: pumps, instruments and controllers oriented to the control of chemical parameters, dosing systems.
• A proactive approach to business, positive attitude, proven leadership skills, ability to work under pressure if necessary,
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, team management and proven planning and organizational abilities with emphasis on people development
• Knowledge of sales techniques,
• Good level of communication in English,
• Computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Driving license B category;
• Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person; ability to analyze issues and develop alternative solutions, problem solving;
• Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and meet deadlines;
