Our client is a large company activating in the FMCG sector, specialising in distribution of quality products. It ranks among the leaders in its line of business by owning an impressive portfolio of own brands.

Responsabilities:
Organizing, building, motivating and evaluating the sales team
Managing the region (Romania) in the areas of: sales, marketing, product, service, finance, HR
Managing the country’s annual budget
Managing annual and quarterly sales targets; Adopt the measures, strategies and activities necessary for fulfilling the sales plan
Maintaining and developing business relations
Follows up the contracts with the Key Account clients
Monitoring the market's trends and the competitors' activities
Implements and monitors the promotional campaigns


CERINTE

University degree;
At least 4 years experience in FMCG management
Experience in sales team coordination (targeting, motivation, training schedule, etc)
Experience in marketing budget administration
Market knowledge
Good English knowledge;
B category driving licence;
Computer skills (MS Office and Internet);
Good communication and negotiation skills.
