- Identifying the potential clients on the market;
Being able to maintain and enlarge the clients portfolio;
- Analysing the development opportunities;
Organizing and coordinating the sales activity (preparing the offers and specifications);
- Planning, developing and implementing approach strategies;
- Building and coordinating the sales team;
- Collaborating with the other departments;
- Evaluating the performance of his/her subordinates.
- For one of our clients, the worldwide leader in logistics and transportation field, having branches in more than 100 countries all over the world, we are looking for a National Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Operational experience in the logistics and international transportation field;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Another foreign language (German or French) would be a plus;
- Highly motivated and able to motivate the others;
- A similar position in a major multinational company will be definitely an advantage;
- Availlability to travel inside the country and aborad more than 50% of the time.
- The possibility for professional development within a multinational environment;
