Our client, a reputable multinational company active in the FMCG industry is welcoming applications from motivated professionals for the National Sales Manager position.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the distribution sales planning and sales execution processes, including identifying sales opportunities and assisting in closing major deals
• Develop and implement the short- and long-term country sales plans and strategies consistent with overall corporate and regional objectives
• Generate new business by facilitating meetings and presentations
• Develop and monitor an integrated operational plan which achieves business goals for the area
• Create and maintain a positive working relationship with distributors, suppliers and key sources of information ensuring wholesales satisfaction
• Ensure effective communication that reflects leadership, focus, direction and motivation of the sales team
• Draw analysis of the general situation in FMCG market, including competitive analysis.

CERINTE

The ideal candidate should posses:

• Strong experience in managing the relationship with distributors
• Likely to be experienced in roles such as sales manager, regional sales manager, a.o.
• Experience in managing people, back office issues etc
• Strong analytical thinking and consultative approach
• University graduate
• Fluent English is a must
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and project delivery
• Ability to stay focused on results & agility to adapt plans to achieve targets
• Ability to provide inspired leadership through personal example and professional capability and a participative management style
• Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the highest quality of professionalism.
