RESPONSABILITATI

¿Establishing the sales objectives at a national level;
¿Establishing and implementing sales strategies;
¿Being responsible with realizing the plan;
¿Conceiving and realizing a system of selling through real-estate companies and selecting the partners;
¿Coordinating the activity of the sales consultants, and dealers;
¿Receiving periodical reports and centralizing the data regarding the sales situation at a national level;
¿Reporting to the General Manager;
¿Realizing the budget for the sales department;
¿Enlarging the clients portfolio;
¿Evaluating the performance of his/her subordinates;
¿Identifying the training needs and realizing the training plans for his/her subordinates;
¿Participating to the recruitment and selection process if necessary.


CERINTE

¿University degree;
¿Specialized in: Sales, Leadership, Communication, Management, Marketing ¿ Market research;
¿5 years experience in direct sales;
¿Previous experience in a management position;
¿Excellent communication skills;
¿PC knowledge: MS Office, Internet;
¿Knowledge of project management;
¿Fast learner, with an analytical thinking and excellent organization and coordination skills
¿Fluency in English.
