- Understanding the brand positioning, implementing the commercial policy of the company;
- Evaluating the activity of the existing distributors, developing the network of distributors;
- Developing the relationship with breeders;
- Ensuring that the recruitment, development and training of the sales team will meet the short and long-term objectives of the company;
- Creating and implementing the best practice regarding quality of sales, retention rate, commission and motivation within network, corporate relations, customer satisfaction;
- Creating and supervising the implementation of merchandising solutions and of customer and consumer promotional activities;
- Developing and managing the budgets and the business plans;
- Carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys, in order to identify the potential of the market;
- Issuing different reports of the activities and providing relevant information for the management.
For one of our clients, a company belonging to one of the worldwide leaders in Consumer Goods, a start-up with activities centred on veterinary products, we are looking for a National Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales and distribution in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical field;
- University degree;
- Good level of English, French knowledge would be an advantage;
- PC skills (MS Office and Internet);
- Result oriented person, eager to achieve the best in a situation;
- Very good interpersonal abilities, oriented toward establishing a positive working climate;
- Pro-active and client-oriented.
