RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsibility for sales department development & functioning, accomplishment of sales budget (turnover, profit, margin, market share) .
-Propose the sales strategy of sales on Ro territory on product groups, customer groups, annually- based on budget (quantities, prices, general sales conditions, etc) and this will be reviewed twice per year and monitor monthly

• Managing sales team – building the spirit, motivating & controlling.
- Implement the sales strategy through sales and marketing team ; follow up and monitor the results( daily, weekly, monthly) through reports and visits on the field, as well as with regular meetings with sales team and with general management meetings with the participation of other departments( General Manger, Purchasing&Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, Finance)

-Organize periodical meeting with Salesteam

-Propose and adjust the pricing depending on the strategy (monthly and as often is needed)

-Establish the customer allocation together with MD, number of visits/ customer/month; approve the commercial selling conditions to a customer (prices, payment terms& credit limit together with Credit Control Department)

-Visit important customers together with the FS

-Catching new customers, initiation of business relations with potential customers

• Reporting in line with obligating procedures
-Active participation to Business Review Presentation and Budget Presentation (outside Romania) any time is needed (average- 5-6times/year)

-Monitor the expenses related to sales

-Analyze of sales reports vs. budget, sales team activity ( FS &IS), identify, propose and implement action plan for improvement

• Marketing
-Active participation in marketing actions, follow-up of the actions and monitor the results

-Analyze/Monitor of competition, evolution of the market
