National Sales Director

RESPONSABILITATI

Adecco Romania is looking for a National Sales Director, who would actively sustain the Adecco development on a national level.
This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Sales Professionals in the consultancy field, to join the national market leader in Human Resources solutions.
You would be directly reporting to Adecco Romania Country Manager, with horizontal working interractions with the management team.

Upon joining our Top Talents Management Team, your focus would be on:
- Getting actively involved in the yearly set-up and implementation of the national sales strategy
- Building on the short/medium/long term sales strategy on a national level
- Refining solutions to improve sales effectiveness
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of yearly plans and budgets
- Analysing the market trends and proposing business development opportunities accordingly
- Acting as a key communicator with long-term business clients and partners
- Negotiating contracts and supervising their implementation
- Managing a team of Key Account Managers
- Supervising the coordination and implementation of international projects

You are:
- A team player and communication facilitator who is at ease with overseeing crossfunctional business lines to ensure top quality delivery on all levels
- A senior sales professional who thrives in highly dynamic environments and is comfortable with complexity
- A powerful negotiator and persuasive professional, with previous track record in sucessful change management implementation
- A situational Leader when it comes to managing direct and indirect subordinates, a catalyst of improvement
- A skilled people manager, comfortable with recruiting, motivating, mentoring, delegating, evaluating and retaining team members
- A "long runner", familiar with turning setbacks and pressure into further opportunities
- A good manager of own and other's time, familiar with tight deadlines and prioritization skills
- An objective analyst with exceptional presentation skills and strategic outlook
Your professional biography:
- Significant experience in selling Human Resources services (5 years+)
- Track record in business attraction and retention
- Successful in achieving ambitious targets
- Successful management of medium to large sales team
- Relevant exposure to key management positions in organizations with global presence
