For one of our clients, the worldwide leader in logistics and transportation field, having branches in more than 100 countries all over the world, we are looking for a National Sales Manager.
Tasks and responsibilities:
●Identifying the potential clients on the market;
●Being able to maintain and enlarge the clients portfolio;
●Analyzing the development opportunities;
●Organizing and coordinating the sales activity (preparing the offers and specifications);
●Planning, developing and implementing approach strategies;
●Building and coordinating the sales team ;
●Collaborating with the other departments;
●Evaluating the performance of his/her subordinates.
●Operational experience in the logistics and international transportation field;
●Fluency in English is a must;
●Another foreign language (German or French) would be a plus;
●Highly motivated and able to motivate the others;
●A similar position in a major multinational company will be definitely an advantage;
●Availability to travel inside the country and abroad more than 50% of the time.
