Adecco Romania is looking for a National Operations Director, who would actively sustain the Adecco development at national level.
This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Professionals in Operations, to join the national market leader in Human Resources solutions.
You would be directly reporting to Adecco Romania Country Manager, with horizontal working interractions with the management team.
Upon joining our Top Talents Management Team, your focus would be on:
- Implementing highest standards for service delivery across country
- Negotiating contracts and supervising third parties
- Managing the Area Managers, management of the regional target
- Drawing and implementing marketing activities regionally, in order to increase Adecco visibility and results on local markets
- Professionally representing Adecco in all social activities, events and organizations
- Creating and developing the operational strategy, evaluating the potential and opportunities in the labour market trends
- Developing the subordinate teams, in terms of regional and substantive expansion
- Acting as an Adecco services and solutions ambassador in front of our clients and partners
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of annual budget
- Analysing the market trends and proposing business development opportunities
- Acting as a key communicator with long-term business clients and partners
You are:
- A team player and communication facilitator who is at ease with overseeing crossfunctional business lines to ensure top quality delivery on all levels
- A senior professional who thrives in highly dynamic environments and is comfortable with complexity
- A powerful negotiator and persuasive professional, with previous track record in sucessful change management implementation
- A situational Leader when it comes to managing direct and indirect subordinates, a catalyst of improvement
- A skilled people manager, comfortable with recruiting, motivating, mentoring, delegating, evaluating and retaining team members
- A "long runner", familiar with turning setbacks and pressure into further opportunities
- A good manager of own and other's time, familiar with tight deadlines and prioritization skills
- An objective analyst with exceptional presentation skills and strategic outlook
Your professional biography:
- Significant experience in management of nationally dispersed organization (at least 5 years)
- Experience in drawing diagnosis and reports on a highly dynamic market
- Significant experience in coordinating national level projects
- Successful in achieving ambitious goals and objectives
- Successful management of large teams
- Relevant exposure to key management positions in organizations with global presence
Your professional information:
- University degree; any additional international academic records would be a plus
- Profficient in English;
- Driving license
- Comfortable with frequent business travels
