RESPONSABILITATI

Our client, a multinational company from the packaging production field is looking for a National Key Account Manager able to maximize sales results and increase the market share by managing the sales team within the subordinate sector on national level. The selected candidate will report directly to the Country Sales & Marketing Director of the Company.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

- Organizing, building, motivating and evaluating the sales team (Account Managers) under his responsibility;
- Managing the region (Romania) in the areas of: sales and marketing- for his sector;
- Preparing the monthly and annual budget for his sector and splitting this for each member of his team;
- Preparing the monthly reports and proposals to his Manager in order to improve the sales activity and performance of his team and sector;
- Communicating and sharing information and data with the others KA Managers and Country Sales Manager in order to follow the synergies of the Group and products
- Preparing the seminars and other marketing events for his sector as well as training members of his team;
- Brand management, PR and sector's image management;
- Managing the country's annual budget for his sector;
- Meeting and managing annual and quarterly sales targets, ability to manage the discounts and profitability of the sales;
- Managing the clients and contacting KA customers (well-known and multinational companies);
- Local competition examinations, dedicated studies about competition, reporting all movements in his sector market to the Country Sales & Marketing Director of the Company, attending the trade shows.


CERINTE

The Requirements for this position are:

- Technical or Economic studies;
- Experience in KA Management in the industrial field;
- Perfect sales and management abilities, as well as strong brand management and marketing skills;
- Strong market knowledge and overview;
- Ability to manage the company's budget for his sector;
- Highly developed communication skills, in both English and Romanian;
- Good PC skills (Office);
- Availability to travel (50 %);
