For one of our clients, a multinational company active in distribution area, we are looking for a National Key Account Manager.
Organizing, supervising and training the sales team in order to enable them to operate and perform efficiently and effectively;
Creating and performing an internal performances evaluation system;
Defining strategic and short term plans and actions for Sales Department;
Negotiating sales contracts;
Reaching sales targets.
University degree;
5-8 years experience in the FMCG sales;
Client oriented;
Strong communication & negotiation skills;
Good command of English;
Very good computer skills.
