North America Business Operations is responsible for providing the NA Support Sales and NA On Demand Sales teams with the full operational support they require to be successful. Areas of focus include business reporting at a variety of levels, business process advisory, and a variety of related tasks. Candidates for this position will need to be independently strong, detail orientated, and capable of reliably adding a value in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for daily reporting and data analysis based on defined processes and timelines
-Responsible for adhoc research and reporting based on personal judgment and special requests
-Identify and work to correct data integrity issues whenever possible
-Assist in monitoring the value of our existing customers
-Develops ways to audit and measure continued improvements
-Responsible for ensuring repeatability and reliability of data published
-Provide ongoing recommendations to which metrics are tracked, measured and analyzed
-Additional responsibilities may be added at management discretion
-Education: BA degree or equivalent
-A minimum of two years of experience with reporting in a major business unit within a company
-Support Sales experience desirable
-Knowledge of Siebel Analytics or Oracle Discover desirable
-Proficient in applications such as Power Point and Word
-Advanced Excel skills for adhoc analysis and creation of macros
-Knowledge of various Oracle applications desirable (Oracle Sales, Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Projects, Order Management, Oracle Accounts Receivable and Install Base)
-Proven project management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Ability to balance the requirements and priorities of multiple stakeholders
-Advanced problem solving techniques and decision making ability
