Multiple Senior Advisors (h/f)
Your mission:
1.Financial engineering
- To set up companies, implement complex international structures as part of restructuring plans, mergers and acquisitions.
- Coordinate and contact independent tax specialists, lawyers and notaries while setting-up the above structures.
2. Administrative and accounting services
- To provide companies with a registered office, handle the day-to-day operations of the company and follow-up of third parties relationships.
- To keep the company's accounts and prepare periodical reports for the company's bodies.
- To prepare financial statements as well as consolidated accounts.
3. Corporate services
- To organize board meetings, shareholders' meetings.
- To maintain the shareholders' register.
- To follow up on legal formalities.
4. Tax compliance services
- To prepare tax returns and taxes balances and maintain relevant contacts with the authorities.
- To answer our clients' demands in terms of tax planning in close collaboration with external tax advisors if needed
Your profile:
- You hold a University degree preferably in Accounting & Finance and/or be a qualified accountant.
- You have a relevant experience of 3 to 5 years acquired in the fields of domiciliation and/or audit.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French / German will be considered as an asset.
- Your have good communication skills, the capability to built strong client relationships are you are a good coach
