RESPONSABILITATI

• Develop software and procedural applications relative to daily operation and maintenance activities in MSC;
• Incorporate a high standards for response time in identifying unexpected difficulties associated to the MSC or other peripherals;
• Manage procedures and standards to evaluate and recommend enhancements in network design and engineering;
• Carry-out first line operation and maintenance work on MSCs including trouble shooting, fault finding, hardware replacement, office data preparation entry and commands entry;
• Co-operate with VAS Support when new subscriber features must to be introduced in MSC DB.

• Good verbal and written communications skills;

• Loyal, trustworthy and hard working;
• University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or similar;
• Requires strong technical background, including problem solving and equipment troubleshooting skills;
• Previous working experience in mobile telephony network operations, maintenance and implementation is desired;
• Fluency in English.
