-Systems administration in a high availability environment (24/7) - investigating, tracking and concluding any incidents that might occur
-Administrating Windows servers, administrating Active Directory, administrating and troubleshooting MS Exchange server
-Communicating with teams from all around the world on systems administration issues
-Strong experience in Windows 2003/2000 servers administration including security patches, upgrades and Active Directory management administration and maintenance - 3-5 years
-Very good knowledge of configuration and administration of MS Exchange server
-Operational knowledge of cluster management
-Knowledge of networking hardware (routers, switches etc.)
-Confirmit servers administration/ troubleshooting is a plus
-Dynamic, proactive person, with fast reaction time in crisis situation if they occur
-Very good command of English language
