RESPONSABILITATI

1 Responsibilities

1.1 Process responsibilities

To generate performance and KPI monitoring reports.
To be a focal point for EDM/SDM interface for reporting issue

1.2 Functional responsibilities

-Ensure the proper monitoring of service delivery performance of Managed Services as specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Ericsson’s customers. (KPI SLA fulfillment)

2 Authorization

2.1 Budget

MS Reporting role has not budget responsibility
2.2 Major decisions

Reporting
- To the EDM, SDM for reporting of performance and KPI analysis.

2.3 IS/IT access
MS Reporting requires:
- full access to the Ericsson Corporate Network
- RSG/VPN connection to Customer’s Network
- full access to reporting tools such as Business Object or customer equivalent’s ones


CERINTE

Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in service delivery organization.
Good knowledge of reporting tools (i.e. Business Object or equivalent tool)
Good knowledge of DB query programming (i.e. Oracle, Sybase, and so on)
Good communication skills.
Experience of working in a global multicultural environment
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English language is a prerequisite.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work under strong pressure related to scale of business impact
