- Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers
- Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy the French-speaking customer base
- Dealing with difficult situations, complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support
- Technical Degree or adequate practical background (~2 years)
- Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of English and French (verbal and written) is a must
- Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
- Web Server knowledge, IIS or other Web Applications
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure)
- Operating system (Windows XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain - MCSE2000/2003)
- Project Management Theory
- Database know how (MS SQL2000/2005; Analysis Services 2000/2005; MSDE, WMSDE, SQL Expression; SQL Embedded)
- Project Professional/Standard 2003/2007, Project Server 2003/2007, Project Portfolio Server 2007
- Window SharePoint Services version 2 and version 3 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
- FrontPage would an beneficial extra qualification (considered an advantage)
- Programming skills e.g. C#; ASP.NET or other programming background would a beneficial extra qualification (considered an advantage)
