Oversees the production and credit decision processes;
Plans and directs all aspects of mortgage credit policies, objectives, initiatives;
Coordinates and elaborates the mortgage loans procedures;
Ensures that mortgage loan policies, procedures, services, products and documentation meet the Romanian regulations, as well as company policy and procedures;
Coordinates sales&marketing activities for implementing new retail products, in order to increase the sales and profitability level;
Coordinates department activities with other departments and outside companies;
Recruits, trains and evaluates subordinate personnel.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, specialized in consumer credit and personal loans, we are searching for a Mortgage Department Manager.
Requirements:
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures;
At least 5 years of experience required in underwriting and documenting all types of consumer and commercial loan products;
Very good knowledge of mortgage in terms of product range, process and procedures and related legal issues;
Excellent verbal and written communication, management, organizational and planning skills required;
Proactive and lots of initiative;
Excellent English or French (written and verbal communication skills).
