- Contributes to the daily monitoring of critical systems and applications from corporate banking and keeping level of SLA on or better then the agrred values;
- Performs SOD and EOD(including EOM,EOY)tasks for systems and applications according to the procedures;
- Performs periodical(daily/weekly/yearly)tasks from the operations diary or by request, on the production systems, according to the existing procedures.
- University degree – preferable in computers related speciality;
- Previous Monitoring experience or Bank experience is a plus;
- Organized person, able to work under pressure and to meet certain deadlines.
