We are looking for 3-5 people to fill our vacancies in the Customer Support department.
Your day to day responsibilities will be:
1. review model accounts and approve/reject them based on website policy
2. offer technical support for using the site and configuring the model and studio accounts
3. council models about entertainment strategies and relationship building (you will receive a 1 month training for this)
4. handle and solve model tickets related to account functionality and payments
1. Good speaker of ONE of the following languages:
- English
- Russian
- Spanish
2. preferably with chat model experience, though not active as model
3. Willingness to work in shifts
4. Calm and reassuring demeanor
5. very empathic and with a good sense of humor
