RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure administration of all transactional activities in the areas of recruitment and training;
- Support HR Key Accounts to build company training plan and provide all logistic support for its implementation;
- Provide resourcing and interviewing support to the line management for junior positions;
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with training and recruitment agencies to effectively address training and staffing needs;
- Administer MAP process and prepare MAP analysis and statistics;
- Provide administrative support to HR Key Accounts in the areas of Advancement Planning.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices;
- Experience in a multinational company would be a plus;
- High level of concern for order and quality;
- High sense of confidentiality, work, ethics and integrity;
- Customer service orientation;
- Fast learning capabilities;
- Highly flexible and adaptable, with a demonstrated teamwork approach;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office application;
- Good command of English.
