RESPONSABILITATI

¿ Takes the leadership role for all MIS initiatives;
¿ Develops and refines good business practices, policies and procedures for this function (incl. back-ups procedure);
¿ Development and implementation of company procedures, compliance requests (SOX), internal audit recommendation and quality standards;
¿ Manage - with a hands on approach - the proper development and maintaining of the company systems (OLAS run in COBOL, SunSystems, Financing System, Collection Systems) and further developments;
¿ Evaluates use of technology in the organization and recommends improvements in technology (hardware and software upgrades);
¿ Analyzes internal customer needs, troubleshoot and develop solutions for development and maintaining of the information systems problems;
¿ Manages projects and projects schedules for his department;
¿ Provides technical support to staff using MIS systems;
¿ Provides documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions;
¿ Provides regular training on applications, interfaces and network systems;
¿ Manages relationships with hardware vendors and technical support providers;
¿ Works cross-functionally to ensure needs of individual workgroup are met;
¿ Develop, control and manages the security systems and procedures;
¿ Develops a disaster recovery plan;
¿ Involves in recruitment MIS process, trains and supervises Information Systems staff;
¿ Manages the department¿s budget;
¿ Stays abreast of advances in technology;
¿ Establishes the daily, weekly and monthly priorities;
¿ Keeps and provide a smooth interface and collaboration between MIS and other departments;
¿ Prepares specific management reports;
¿ Checks and monitors if all the MIS work procedures are applied and respected;
¿ Follows and respects all internal procedures and rules;
¿ Participates in a constructive manner to any other supplementary activity asked by the Operations Manager.


CERINTE

University degree in Computer Science
min. 3 years experience in maintaining and development of systems, computer programs, databases, environments and additional features of systems; team management experience and project management;
PC/Hardware installing and maintaining operating systems
Server administration and use of AS/400;
Windows 2000&NT Administration;
Network administration;
SUNSystems administration (SQL server, NT4);
Databases developing and maintaining (incl. COBOL);
