-Carry out detailed business processes analysis, identify data available and diagnose informational system improvement needs from the reporting perspective;
- Document and analyze new reporting requirements issued by internal and / or external entities ( NBR, auditors etc) ;
- Participate in reports design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets business requirements ;
- Design and assist acceptance tests and error controlling keys;
- Seek and analyze end-users feedback and suggest ways to improve the reporting process ;
- Develop and follow a reporting implementation plan;
- Propose and implement methods to monitor , control and improve the reporting activities.
-Economic or IT background with skills on translation of business requirements into informational system requirements;
-Good knowledge of management and/or statutory reporting is a plus;
- Banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks is a plus;
-University degree;
-Fluent English, both spoken and written;
-Analytical, numerical and reporting skills;
-Reliable, flexible, pro-active, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements.

In 1999 banca a achizitionat 51% din actiunile Bancii Ioniene.
La 11 aprilie 2000 fuziunea Bancii Ioniene a fost aprobata prin absorbtie de catre Alpha Credit Bank.
Denumirea noii banci, rezultata in urma fuziunii, este Alpha Bank.
