• Monitor in-progress migrations for error conditions or successful completion;
• Troubleshoot error conditions, and follow a documented escalation process for issue notification and resolution;
• Resolve error conditions for which there is a documented resolution process;
• Perform post migration clean-up activities;
• Prepare and submit a post migration report;
• Attend the daily hand-off and hand-back meetings/conference calls.
• University degree – IT or technical related;
• Available to work night shifts as well;
• Minimum 3 years previous work experience;
• Experience with Microsoft products is an advantage;
• Team Player with good oral and written communication skills;
• Available for business travels;
• Fluency in English and German language knowledge is preferred.
