Performing Back Office activities such as foreign and domestic payments, data management, loans, booking, reconciliations, etc.;
Having experience in people management (development and motivation orientation);
Having basic accountancy notions;
Having a good understanding of payments orders and wire transfer abroad for amounts in foreign currency;
Dealing with international payments (checking the application and the documents submitted by the customers, prepare the swift message(s) for payments in foreign currencies).
University degree;
Organizational and process revision skills;
Problem solving skills (independent and pro-active);
Company objectives orientation;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Knowledge of Italian is preferential.
