We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
MicroStrategy BI Developer
in our Bucharest-based Enterprise Business Intelligence team.
What will you do?
You will:
- focus on the development of all end user application interfaces utilizing MicroStrategy 9;
- design, code, test, debug, document and support all types of end user applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver maximum business value;
- support, enhance, and modify existing applications and code;
-solve unique and complex problems with creative approaches to ensure timely deliveries;
- participate in the administration and support of the MicroStrategy environment.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
If you have:
- a well-rounded knowledge of data warehousing and Business Intelligence in general, of data analytics and presentation techniques in particular;
- excellent skills in end user application coding based on SQL utilizing a graphical tool such as MicroStrategy;
- a higher level technical education or equivalent, supplemented with a sound business knowledge;
-excellent written and verbal English skills;
Would be a plus:
- a very high level of creativity and technical ingenuity;
- a positive can-do attitude to work well on a team as well as independently;
- a high level of resistance to stress when working under pressure on multiple simultaneous tasks to meet project deadlines;
- good time management capability and ability to estimate work packages accurately.
