Job Mission
Our future colleague will be part of a team in charge with the development of complex software applications.
Mandatory:
-Analysis capabilities (proven expertise along former projects in a position that required him/her to translate the functional or user requirements into technical solutions);
-Able to provide work estimates for his/her tasks;
-Good understanding of Web Development technologies (proven experience 2 years of web development);
-Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (at least 2 years expertise);
-Good knowledge of Microsoft ASP (at least 2 years expertise);
-Good SQL Server Development (1.5 year expertise required).
Ideally:
-Willing to continue working with ASP;
-Showing interest in learning a large ERP system.
Soft skills:
The Junior Microsoft Web Developer should be innovative and creative, excited by new and yet unsolved IT challenges:
-Ability to openly present her/his own ideas;
-Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus;
-Enthusiasm and passion for web environment;
-Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
-Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives with global impact;
-Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature;
-Good communication skills are required in English.
-He/she should also have strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
-We ll provide training on Web Development;
-Incentives based on customer onsite support.
