Methodology Division assures, at the HO level, the activity of internal norms issuing and administration.
Position: Methodology Analyst
The main responsibilities will include:
- Proactive collection, research and documentation of feedback received from business units related to internal norms in force;
- Analyze the product, business, service and set up the implications over the existing internal norms;
- Preparing of detailed Implementation Plan of internal norms which will contain all necessary information (accountancy, IT implications, internal forms, etc) deriving from the analyze and will keep evidence of business units input over the process of internal norms elaboration.
- Creation of internal norms structure and collaborates with business units in order to clarify/input the business details, instructions, etc
- Liaison with the business units and conduct the finalization of internal norms.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- University degree in one of the following preferred majors: Economics/Finance / Engineering (all disciplines)/Computer Science / Mathematics / Management
- Business experience in at least one or preferably in some of our main domains: Deposits, Loans, Treasury, Clearing & Payment Systems, Teller / Branch Environment, CIF for 2- 4 years
- Good knowledge of English
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to understand the banking business processes
- Problems solving and excellent communications skills
- Experience and knowledge of banking workflows, National Bank of Romania legislationTechnical understanding and advanced MS Office suite skills (MS Project is a plus)
