The Messaging Back Office is a team responsibile for Operation and Maintanance, 2nd level Support, Configuration and Deployment activities, Service Performance Management, deploying work orders and Service Reports of Messaging. The Messaging Back Office Manager is member of the Back Office Management Team and reports to head of the Romania Back Office Manager.
- Establish, organize and effectively built and drive the organization to meet customer SLAs;
- Responsible for 2nd level Operations and Service&Resource Fulfillment with the main activities;
- Responsible to manage and execute customer deliveries in timely schedules;
- Responsible and a driver for all operational improvements within Back Office;
- Highly developed skills in driving change and knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Performance driven;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills;
- Extensive knowledge in Messaging Systems and Applications (SMS, MMS, NET, Voice/Videomail, eLDAP, OTA), 3G Telco and Service Management.
- Maximizing profitability of operations;
- Proven record in managing large operations organizations from leadership aspects;
- Network operator's business processes and organization experience, including industry standards for telecom operations;
- Managed technology development&deployment of Messaging related products&technologies.
- BS/MSc degree in a technical field or ecquivalent;
- Result oriented with strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to motivate people with an awareness of responsibilities.
- Customer oriented with good understanding of service providers/operators business requirements.
