Candidates should have extensive knowledge in Messaging Systems amd applications (SMS, MMS, NET, Voice/Videomail, eLDAP, OTA), 3G Telco and Service Management based on several of the following backgrounds: OS (Unix/Windows/openVMS), DB (Oracle/LDAP,MySQL), WebApps (Apache/Tomcat/SQUID)
Experience of Service Management in complex organizations and ITIL certifications are welcome.
Messaging Back Office Team will be responsible for Operation and Maintanance, 2nd level support, Configuration and Deployment activities, Service Performance Management, deploying work orders and Service Reports of Applications and processes ensuring no breaches in SLA's with our clients.
