- Lead, motivate and develop the trade marketing consultants to achieve exceptional in field execution and optimum presence and visibility of Philip Morris brands
- Lead the trade marketing consultants team to ensure excellent business contacts with trade customers
- Contribute in designing of retail trade programs and manage their implementation
- Contribute in defining yearly sales plans and targets within the assigned territory according to overall strategy
- Ensure the achievement of Key Sales Indicators
- Supervise the strategies’ implementation and check agreements’ compliance in local Key Accounts
- University degree;
- Min 3 years of sales field experience, preferably in an FMCG environment;
- Ability to lead, motivate an develop people;
- Strong achievement orientation;
- Analytical and communication skills;
- Availability for domestic travel;
- Good English knowledge;
- Driving license (min. 1 year experience).
