RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for meeting targets of the Trade Marketing / Merchandising department
• Responsible for elaboration of merchandising strategy
• Applies general and specific merchandising policies commonly agreed with the management and tailors them to specific market conditions
• Business development responsibilities: attract new customers through direct contact with merchandising potential new clients, sustain presentation
• Maintain relationships with new clients and also with allocated customers by providing them the most efficient merchandising solutions in order to be implemented
• Creates/executes seasonal customer marketing calendar to include overview of competition, strategy, assortment and execution
• Analyzes and monitors the market, competition, clients’ needs, and proposing appropriate trade marketing activities
• Negotiates annual budgets and plans measures to achieve objectives
• Coordinates the relationships with the external suppliers on merchandising, branding, events, advertising, research
• Manages the products: stories, feature items, placement
• Sustain presentations for potential Clients or provide support for the team in sustaining the presentations
• Coordinates the marketing and promotion activities in order to achieve objectives (sales volume & value, market share, brand awareness)
• Elaborates and approves all budgets and quotes merchandising projects
• Monitors the unrolling projects in the merchandising department at a national level
• Supervises the quality of national implementation of all projects under implementation of agency standards in accordance with customer requirements
• Checks and approves the cash flows and salaries for the merchandising projects
• Presents periodic financial reports to General Manager for business volumes, accounts, and projects
• Recruits, leads, evaluates skills/behavior of team to meet the requirements of the company’s high performance culture


CERINTE

• University degree - preferably in marketing and / or advertising
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing and project management
• Strategic thinking in implementing merchandising projects / POSM / BTL
• Experience in coordinating of multiple projects
• Results Orientation, Flexibility, Innovative Spirit
• Analytic person with positive attitude to solving problems
• Team worker with very good communication skills
• Organizational, decision making and time management skills
• Good management of the resources (e.g. financial, human resources)
• Good negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
• English level - advanced
