To support the growth of our business, the Regus Group is currently looking for a sales orientated Agent Channel Manager (m/f) to be based in Bucharest.

Reporting to the Area Sales Director (ASD), the Agent Channel Manager (ACM) will be responsible for networking with the Commercial Agents community (brokers) in the Bucharest area to generate sales enquiries / leads for our properties and product offerings and expand the Regus Commercial Agent Network. The ACM will be in charge of establishing and nurturing professional working relationships with Commercial Agents based on trust and integrity. The ACM will serve as a liaison between Commercial Agents and Area Sales Managers (ASM) throughout the sales process and will closely work together with colleagues on regional and national initiatives. The ACM is 100% focused on networking within the Broker community to generate enquiries.

To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:

·2-5 years or work experience in a similar role.
·Proven success in pitching products/service solutions within a B2B sales environment.
·Intelligent, outgoing personality.
·Capable and comfortable at networking and prospecting.
·Highly motivated and driven.
·Flexible to work the hours required to network, attend alliance events, cold-call, etc.
·Ability to communicate with and leverage Regus resources to improve Broker relationships.
·Fluency in Romanian and English (French is an advantage).
