Works with Merchandise Manager in every aspect of departmental functions; acts as point person for department in the absence of the Merchandise Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities:
1:Shop competition; make business recommendations to Merchandise Manager based on findings
2:Communicate issues to stores and Franchisees using the appropriate communication channels
3:Follow-up with vendors to get new items set up in the system
4:Complete ad sheets, obtain samples, and proof ads
5:Request samples and dimensions for planograms
6:Act as point person for department in the absence of Merchandise Manager
7:Interact effectively with vendors and internal colleagues to achieve department goals.
