Ensuring that the specific energetic equipment is working properly and managing the maintenance activities;
Defining and optimizing the Working Instructions for the technical equipment required in the preventive maintenance activities;
Managing the training of the technicians regarding the technological equipment;
Ensuring that the technical personnel knows and applies the internal procedures of the company and the ones specific to the equipment;
Supervising the complex works on site;
Analyzing and proposing optimization solutions regarding the energy usage and the equipment and installations,in order to grow the performance level, the working time and the quality of the offered services;
Offering support to the Technical Manager;
Acting promptly in emergency situations;
Elaborating the technical offers for complex works required by the clients/renters;
Ensuring that the personnel respects the NSSM applicable in the area;
Representing the company in the relation with the energy supplier and the consumers;
Ensuring the relations with the relevant institutions.
University Degree in a technical area (Electrical);
Certificate – could represent an advantage;
One year previous experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of English language – minimum medium level;
PC operating abilities: Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook), Internet.
