RESPONSABILITATI

We are seeking team members with integrity, strong business acumen, leadership potential, and a desire for positive change to reach our objectives.

We currently have openings for a “membership relations coordinator” who is fluent in English and Romanian and studied/studying business, technology, architecture or urban planning.

Specific Duties:

- Assist with member relations, information dissemination, update of the RoGBC blog and website.
- Assist with planning and conducting RoGBC events.
- Assist with implementation and operation of a training curriculum.
- Manage a CRM database of member information including entering and updating member and other contact information.
- Business and technical research related to the RoGBC’s objectives
- Other tasks as needed

- A positive attitude and high level of motivation; sociable with strong communication skills
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Ability to solve problems independently or in a team setting and to be creative in your approach
- A desire to work on projects that are beneficial to the RoGBC membership and provide long-term economic, social and environmental benefits to Romania and the surrounding world
- Solid command of office software (spreadsheets, word processing, email, etc.)
- Flexibility – As this is a “start up” operation, you will be required to perform many tasks. This position is primarily an analytical position but it will be necessary, at times, to assist with administrative tasks (e.g. errands, office organization, etc.)
- Non-Smoker

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong additional languages (speaking and writing) besides Romanian and English
- Technology skills (including semantic web / Web 3.0 )
- Academic or practical experience in the construction or related industry.

A minimum commitment of 25 hours per week is required.
