- The job holder has the responsibility for handling and managing group rooms and banqueting reservations to maximize revenue and utilization of meeting space.
- Customer orientated and sales mind Conference and Banquet organizer.
- The person is responsible for the complete organization of the events- from the first customer contact to the successful completion of the function, including billing.
Ensures the distribution of information to the other departments and that the meeting runs smoothly.
- Knowledge of F&B and relevant experience in a similar or related position is a plus
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Goal orientated
- Capable of achieving given objectives
- Creative and flexible,
- Strong communicator and team-player.
