Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned therapies and / or medical products within own geographical or business area;
Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships, manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers & plan visits with them;
Capture and maintain all relevant sales and customer data, gather and share with other sales reps and with line management all possible information on market intelligence and competitor activities to help anticipate competitive moves;
Finalize budgets and forecasts in cooperation with line management / Marketing;
Participate in congresses and other customer events, provide customer training and support / assistance where needed;
Identify tender renewal and respond to tenders with support of line manager / Marketing (where applicable).
University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy; Masters degree preferred (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Natural Sciences)
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience within Healthcare Industry / Hospital environment / medical sales
Comprehensive understanding and experience of the Romanian Health Environment
Positive and customer oriented personality
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Result –orientation and pro-active approach
Ethical behavior and compliance with high standards of Healthcare Industry
Excellent command of English language, both written and oral, is a must
Microsoft office and Outlook applications knowledge
Readiness to travel extensively
Driving skills and clean driving license.
