RESPONSABILITATI

ISGPM is searching for its client, a multinational company active in the optical production industry (medical, technical etc), a person to perform the following responsibilities:

- Maximal leverage of the market potential
concerning intraocular lenses and respective
consumer goods in Romania;
- Establishment and expansion of strategic
partnerships and opinion leaders in the IOL
division, together with the direc-tor of Sales;
- The field of responsibility for the following major
tasks covers the IOL products, Viscoelastics and
other consum-ables.
Sales:
- Responsible for implementing the annually agreed
quantitative and qualitative targets;
- Initiation and acquisition of sales agreements i
inclusive or exclusive device components;
- Continuous assembly and expansion of customer
base in the field of IOL;
- Product consulting;
- Intensive support of customers in operating
rooms;
- Constant expansion and documentation of
knowledge on costumers’ needs and habits
(preferred IOLs, amount p.a.)
- Establishing intensive relations with
administration and OR-nurses;
- Early knowledge and processing of tenders

Trainings , workshops, clinical support:
- Organising and conducting clinical workshops;
- Support of clinical studies;
- Training/briefing on use of products;

Communication:
- Close coordination with colleagues of Device
Sales regarding device issues (incl. bundling);
- Close coordination with indoor service concerning
customer visits, delivery of goods, order
processing, logistics;

Reporting, organisational tasks:
- Continuous, structured feedback to the Director of
Sales and headquarters concerning customers’
feedback (complaints, lauds) and product quality
(written weekly report, daily feedback by phone);
- Systematic planning of tours with 4-week
planning horizon, close coordination with back
office;
- Observation of market and competition
considering technical, applicative and service
aspects .


CERINTE

- Technical (biomedical engineering) education;
- 3 years of sales experience of (medical) technical
consumable articles and devices for operating
rooms, ideally in the field of ophthalmology;
- MS Office;
- Business fluent English;
- Autonomous, structured and capable of working
independently;
- Work on self-initiative;
- Distinct organising and communicating ability;
- Outgoing, high willingness to travel.
