•Contribute to the setting up and developing of a country-wide high-standard health care service provider network;
•Carry out and organize initial inspections of health care provider units country-wide;
•Negotiate contracts with health care service providers within the limits set forth by the Management and to the best interests of the Company;
•Ensure appropriate understanding and applying of the operational procedures and standards by all health care service providing partners;
•Assimilate the Company’s products, underwriting and claims processing processes;
•Carry out and organize follow-up inspections at health care service provider sites;
•Continuously expand medical provider network of the Company;
•Provide Provider related reporting in compliance with Company’s policy.
•University degree (medical);
•Initiative and problem-solving skills;
•Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
•Availability travel extensively;
•Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, efficiency and flexibility;
•Good command of written and spoken English;
•Proficient command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
