Your role as Media Manager – Planning and Operations is to successfully handle the strategic media planning process.


Also, the Media Manager needs to brief the Purchasing Department on the advertising time or space they need to purchase for the P&G Brands, achieve optimal schedules or tactical media plans for our commercials, train the Marketing organization on media matters, and coordinate research to develop P&G proprietary learnings.


Job Responsibilities:
• Strategic Media Planning - You lead and coordinate efforts across Brand Management and agencies to develop the best strategically targeted brand media plans.
• Scheduling - You are responsible for seeing that our brands receive the placements that meet their strategic targeting needs and maximize ROI
• Management of media agencies – You will handle the daily management of the media agencies including development of work processes to improve the media value they bring to the Company. You will also be responsible for the evaluation of the agencies.
• Administration of internal booking process – You will have overall responsibility for (1) understanding the Company daily management of the media process with particular focus on managing the interface with the AoR’s, and (2) recommending and implementing improvements to the process, as required / necessary.
• Research - You will have to be an aggressive researcher who pushes media suppliers to get good data, exploits them, and develops P&G learnings.
• Consultation to the brand teams – You will be the Company in-house expert on media and its use on Company brands.

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Media background and previous experience with a media agency or a media company are a plus.
