We are looking for talented persons eager to form themselves as liaisons and mechanical designer to our clients. This involves a period of training and practice in Cambric Brasov followed by a long term period (at least one year) of working on site in UE (Italy, France, Belgium). You will be involved in designing components and systems for different vehicles: tractors, combines, bulldozers, loaders, tele-handlers, excavators etc. Work will be performed in Pro/Engineer WF. You will be part of our team along with experienced design engineers from Cambric Design Centers.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY A GOOD ENGINEER?
Engineering is in perpetual change. We need dynamic, open-minded persons, close enough to the process, to our client and to our team in order to provide the critical communication that is necessary to pull together a world-class product.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
* Mechanical design engineers with 3-5 years design experience in heavy off-road / agricultural equipment or automotive industry (relevant plastic, sheet metal and structures experience) ;
* Advanced Pro/Engineer software user, with minimum 3 years experience (this is a must);
* Good GD&T knowledge Experience in Project Management is a plus;
* Proficient in English (spoken and written);
* Good negotiator, strong analytical and problem solving person;
* Dynamic person with a proactive, innovative attitude;
