- Research, develop, design, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines, and other mechanical devices.
- Work on power-producing machines such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, as well as power-using machines such as refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, machine tools, material handling systems, elevators and escalators and industrial production equipment;
- Work a standard 40-hour week. At times, deadlines or design standards may bring extra pressure to a job;
- Responsible for the ¿Equipment Park¿ in Romania;
- Overseeing and specifying the vehicles' maintenance and modifications;
- Planning, maintaining and laying track, signaling, electrical supply and communications systems;
- Carries out the assigned projects;
- Cost control to meet the budget and the schedule;
- Assistance in any technical aspect of the assigned project development
- University degree: Technical University ¿ Mechanical Engineering Faculty;
- Practical, mechanical inclination;
- Being a senior manager within the industry (most come from an construction engineering background);
- Interested in technical processes;
- Persistent and determinate;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Team leader and team spirit;
- Fluent in German;
- Good PC skills (MS-Office);
- Ability to think in mathematical and abstract terms;
- Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings;
- Ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- Ability to think logically and solve problems;
- Care for details;
- Innovative, doing work that requires precision, taking decisions and supervising others;
- Driving licence: B;
- Highly motivated, self-dependent, organised.
