Responsibilities:
- Leading the technical design of the balancing machine
's mechanical specifications. Developing product requirements and collaborating with the team in order to resolve balance-related issues
- 5 years experience in mechanical engineering
- Solid knowledge of balancing, rotor dynamics and FEA (Finite Elements Analysis)
- Experience in machine fabrication & and testing
- CAD and CAM knowledge
- Hands-on and goals oriented person
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Ph.D. or M.S. in mechanical engineering
- Ability to provide solutions, drive and influence others and impart a sense of urgency
-Ability to develop an effective project plan and control strategy for his own work
-Fluent English
