- Experience in plumbing, HVAC and building automation works, fire fighting works;
- Coordinating the project resources (subcontractors)
- Experience of working to and fully familiar with relevant codes and other local / international standards.
- Knowledge in QA/QC;
- Advanced knowledge of local and international standards;
- Command of project management criteria and practice.
- University degree in mechanical engineering;
- 8 years experience with min. 4 years experience on site;
- Capable of coordinating several projects simultaneously;
- Good command of English;
- Competency in MS Office programs.
