· Organizes and supervises the activity on site;
· Analyzes the design and execution possibilities;
· Surveys or follows the materials and equipments install on site according to the quality requested by the technical submissions approved by Client;
· Follows-up all the activities on site (schedules, purchasing of materials, relation with the subcontractors, contracts, payment statements, quality assurance);
· Maintains and develops the relation with the subcontractors and authorities;
· Produces the necessary technical support for the execution of M&E works;
· Produces the initiatives of Work Progress;
· Prepares the Weekly Works Report to each stage of the project development;
· Takes care about all the drawings used on site and verifies the drawings used by the subcontractors;
· Technical University Degree, Technical College;
· Knowledge of AUTOCAD software;
· Very good command of English;
· Minimum 3 years experience;
· Good communication skills;
· Team player.
