- Establish a design, co-ordination and development procedure
- Check design details and advise
- Liaise with contractors for proposed installation methods
- Inspecting the quality of works
- Monitoring of mechanical, electrical and sanitary, etc. installation work progress and confirmation with the work program.
- Selection and ordering of M&E equipment
- Coordination between works and design
- Tendering documentation
- Establish quality standards
- Check utility service
- Differentiate between client needs, desires and expectations.

- Good knowledge of HVAC, sanitary, electrical equipment
- Knowledge and understanding of Mechanical & Electrical designs

- Installation/ Technical/ Construction University degree
- Min. 3 years experience
