· Coordination and management of Mechanical & Electrical Contractors;
· Liaise and coordinate with the contract Design Team;
· Manage selection, approval, procurement and delivery of materials and equipment;
· Liaise and coordinate with the architectural / structural construction team to ensure timely progress of the works;
· Monitor and report progress of the works;
· Monitor the quality and compliance of installation;
· Assist in the planning of the works and develop a coordinated testing and commissioning schedule;
· Liaise with tenants to ensure compliance and interface requirements.
· Graduate of Construction Technical University;
· Minim 6 Years Project experience, preferably with shopping Malls/center experience;
· Main contractor background/Experience;
· Overseas Experience preferable;
· Good oral and written English;
· Ability to liaise with Consultant / Design Team;
· Knowledge of IEE Regs / CIBSE codes;
· Experience of Design and Build contracts.
